Last Wed, March 30^th, we had a pleasure of interviewing Serena Garcia, LMT, on the Teleseminar “Unblock Your Energy for Healing, Performance, and Stress Relief”.

In my opinion, the Teleseminar had several very interesting highlights:

• It confirmed that ANYONE can (and should) become a hands-on energy healer;
• It revealed clear parallels in main principles of Energy Medicine as practiced by all major traditional medical systems (TCM, Ayurveda, Native American Medicine).
• It explained how we get life energy, why we may be leaking and/or lacking it, how it can be blocked – and what we can do about it.
• It clearly showed that as far as life energy is concerned, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE between disorders on physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual levels. Mind-Body connection is much stronger than we think. All levels of our being are interdependent and interconnected – and healing needs to happen on all of them.
