Event AFFILIATE Program
HealthBOSS University LIVE 6/11 is happening on June 3-5, 2011 – and we want to promote this event as wide as we can.
We count on you to help us and spread the word about our event in your community, at the same time feeling secure and making the most money. Here is what we are offering.
As our Affiliate (Associate)* you can make money from this event in 3 ways:
- From the sales of Tickets to the event (you get 20% on the ticket).
- From the sales of Equipment at the event to your clients (your usual commissions as an Affiliate or Associate).
- From the sales of DVD training materials at the event to your clients.

We have designed HealthBOSS LIVE 6/11 event so that your clients are clearly identified and you receive commissions for the sale of the 3 items listed above. When your people come to the event their name tag will include YOUR Reference Code (or your Affiliate ID in our system). Any purchases they make at the event will be tracked by that number.
We do the selling for you – all you have to do is get your people to the event.

What is our PROMOTIONAL Plan?
1. First of all, let’s make sure you have a clear OVERVIEW of the event.

There is a yellow Navigation Box on the Home page (and on EVERY Event page) that will direct you to the separate parts of the Project (such as Event Home page, Event Schedule, Practical Professors, City and Lodging, Teleconferences & Gifts, Registration page etc.)
2. We are running a 6-week Teleseminar Series promoting each of the Presenters and the Event. These events are FREE and packed with valuable information which, in our opinion, every Health Boss needs to know

That’s where we are going to drive all the traffic (online and offline).
So if you are our Affiliate (Associate) and you send an email to your list inviting them to the Teleconferences – they get to THIS page through YOUR AFFILIATE LINK that you get in your Affiliate Center. (Learn how to become our Affiliate HERE.)
From that moment forward, your people are in our system – and they are forever linked to YOU. Any time they make a purchase (now or in the future), your name will come up as their Affiliate, and your commission will be automatically calculated and will show up in your Affiliate Center.
- What is your AFFILIATE CENTER?
It is a place within our Infusionsoft CRM where all your Affiliate Tools and Reports are stored. You can learn more about it listening to the fragment of our Affiliate Teleseminar:
Existing Affiliates: You can LOGIN into your Affiliate Center HERE with Your Reference Code and Password.
Prospective Affiliates: You can take a tour of an Affiliate Center by loggin into our sample Affiliate account. Go to www.healthboss.org/affiliate and use Code – Friend and Password – Fusion11.
3. From the Landing Page our guests can access all Teleseminar recordings and our Professors’ FREE Gifts (all guests will need to Register as free Members of our Membership site to get to the Guest page, where all the Recordings and gifts are actually stored).
From the Landing Page and the Guest Page visitors they can also navigate to other parts of the HealthBoss LIVE 6/11 web promotion, and if they decide to Register for the Event – well, they are already linked to you and you will automatically get your 20% commissions on the Tickets without even doing anything else! Sweet, huh?
And if they decide to Register over the phone or buy some equipment at the event or even later – your Reference Code will track your clients back to you (they will have to enter it into the shopping cart if buying online – or quote it to our staff if buying over the phone). That’s IN ADDITION to being tagged to you through your Affiliate Link. This is a double-triple protection. Hope you like it

We suggest sending your people to the Landing Teleseminar Page – RIGHT NOW. We are only 3 Teleseminars into the series, and this way your clients and friends will have a chance to participate in the live discussions in the remaining Teleseminars and not merely listen to the recordings.
How are we going to make it EASY for you to send people to the Teleseminars?
1. In your Affiliate Center you will find Email Templates to send to your list – just like the emails we are sending to our list. You are welcome to modify the emails. We’re just trying to get you tools to help you make money.
2. We are also going to give you the “offline” promotion tools, such as HealthBOSS LIVE 6/11 Flier and Postcard (don’t forget to write your Reference Code on the printed materials in the spaces provided).

What to do NEXT?
1- Browse the Event Pages of site through the Navigation Box or Dropdown Menu to see all the parts and descriptions of the HealthBOSS LIVE 6/11, especially the Teleconference (Landing) Page at www.21CenturyDoc.com/gifts (that’s where you will be sending your people).
2- Log into your personalized Affiliate Center at www.healthboss.org/affiliate with your Reference Code and Password (or use the Sample Code Friend with the Password Fusion11).
3- Look around your center and get familiar with it – you will be using it a lot (hopefully ). That is your main portal as our Affiliate/Associate/Distributor.
You will find your Affiliate Link to the Landing Page in Resources – Link Generator. You can start using it in your correspondence, but we made it even simpler for you.
If you click on Resources – Email Templates, you will see the “HealthBOSS LIVE 6/11 Teleseminars Invite #1” Template there. Click on Generate Email button – and copy and paste the text into any email program you are using. You just need to include your name, your Reference Code, and your client’s name into the template – everything else is done for you, including your Affiliate link, which is already inserted in the text (you will see it if you hover over the hot links in the message text).
4- Send an email to your list using the above Template TONIGHT (you can modify it, of course; just keep the hot links ) – our next Teleseminar is coming up, and we want your people to have an advantage of being on it.
